In this collaborative partnership we work together to explore your goals, values, motivations, obstacles, and learning opportunities to bring out your inner wisdom and put it into practice.

IT professionals should embrace continuous learning to grow their skills, increase their effectiveness, and reach their goals. I work with business analysts, product managers, and product owners to give them the support, tools, and tactics they need to succeed in their work.
Clients meet with me twice a month for 3-6 months. Support between sessions is also available via email.


I learned a lot over my 20 year career in IT about asking the right questions, leading team collaborations to engineer the best technical solution, and ensuring the team was solving the right problems. I accomplished this by developing systems for gathering and documenting requirements at scale in a clear and effective manner, and coached my peers to help them develop these skills as well.
This coaching and mentoring program will help you clarify your goals, create an action plan, and master accountability for yourself and your career. Confidently collaborate with other team members, leverage your self awareness, and harness your strengths.

Transitions: Coaching for Liminal Times

Life’s transitions are challenging. Whether it’s a career transition, transition into retirement, parenthood, into or out of a relationship, or a more authentic identity. Transition means you’ve left the known behind and have entered a liminal space, to find and forge a new path for yourself. It often means you’ve left your comfort zone which can bring up all sorts of emotions and challenges. How do you find your way? What’s really important for you on this journey? Where do you feel stuck or unsure? What are you learning about yourself?

This coaching program provides support and helps you work through your life transition. We’ll talk about your goals: where are you going, when you want to get there, what work we have to do together to help get you there, and what support system will help you in this process. As a coach, I will walk beside you, being present and holding space for your transition, giving you the room and safety to explore this new terrain and find your path forward. It’s ok if you don’t have all of these answers – allowing a space for not knowing invites your creative self to be honest and intentional with what you want for yourself. This is the magic of coaching.

Clients undergoing life transitions usually work with me for 3-6 months, meeting with me twice a month for one hour and receiving additional support via text. When we have our first call we’ll talk about your specific goals and decide on the duration and frequency of our coaching engagement.

Custom Coaching Program

One size does not fit all. This is as true for coaching as it is for clothing. If my coaching program doesn’t feel like a great fit for your goals and you’re interested in working with me, we can work together to design a customized program that works best for your individual needs.

Here are some examples of how my clients have worked with me: retirement transition, finding meaning and purpose in life, developing self-compassion, breaking free from conventions, improving communication in relationships, and facing the struggles and challenges brought on by the pandemic.
Most clients have preferred to meet weekly or biweekly for 3-6 months, but this will vary depending on your coaching goals and preferences.
